Terms & Conditions
A legal disclaimer
By enrolling, attending sessions, or using our services, the Client agrees to these terms.
Training Sessions:
1:1 sessions last up to 1 hour; focus is on quality. With consent, photos/videos may be used for training progress, research, or social media; notify us if you do not agree. Results cannot be guaranteed and depend on the dog's behaviour, history, and Client's consistency.
Health & Behaviour:
Clients must disclose relevant health or behavioural issues. Aggressive or nervous dogs may be unsuitable for group classes. Females in season cannot attend in-person classes; online alternatives may be offered. Dogs must be vaccinated, wormed, and treated for fleas/ticks. Dogs with parasites will be asked to leave until treated. Attendance at group classes carries some infection risk. Clients remain responsible for their dog's behaviour; Bonded Behaviour Training is not liable for accidents, injury, or death.
Payment, Bookings & Cancellations:
Payment due within 7 days. Cancellations require 48hrs notice; late cancellations/no-shows are charged in full. Refunds within 7 days of payment incur £50 admin fee; no refunds once online material is accessed. Training packages valid for 6 months; missed classes are non-refundable. Mentoring subscription is cancellable anytime but non-refundable. Instalments must be completed; overdue invoices accrue 8% interest above Barclays base rate plus admin/debt recovery costs. Bonded Behaviour may reschedule or refund if we cancel.
Liability:
Clients cover costs from damage, accident, or illness caused by their dog. No liability for loss of profits, contracts, goodwill, or indirect losses. Liability is not excluded for human death/personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud. Neither party liable for delays beyond reasonable control.
General:
This contract is the entire agreement. Changes valid only in writing. Invalid provisions will be modified or removed without affecting the rest. Notices must be in writing. Only parties to this contract may enforce terms. Governed by the law of England & Wales; courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
